Master Higa tested three of his students for Second Degree Black
Belt on June 28th, 2006. The three students tested were:
- Ed E., a 19 year veteran of Okinawa Kenpo Karate.
- Eric G., an 18 Year veteran of Okinawa Kenpo Karate.
- Douglas K., a 23 year veteran of Okinawa Kenpo Karate.
